Step 2

Choose your storage cabinets.

Start with a pre-configured bundle, choose a craft-specific kit, or build your own with adjustable drawer heights that fit your tools.

You have 3 options

  1. Customize Your Own
    → Choose your cabinet size
→ Add the drawers you need
→ Create a layout made just for you
  2. Go with the Pre-Configured Storage Cabinet & Drawer Bundle
→ Our most popular layout, ready to go
    → No thinking, just organizing
  3. Pick a Cabinet Kit by Craft
→ Pre-loaded with drawers & accessories for your craft:
Jewelry Makers Kit · Paper Crafting Kit · Die Cutting & Embossing Station · Diamond Painters Kit

Things to consider

  • You don't need to order all drawers at once — start small and expand over time.
  • Decide if your cabinet will double as a workstation: Counter Height vs. Bar Height.

How the Cabinet Slot System Works

Each cabinet includes vertical slots that hold drawers or shelves. Mix and match to fit your supplies.

Single Drawer = 1 slot
Double Drawer = 2 slots
Triple Drawer = 3 slots
Paper Shelves = 1 slotleave top slot open for slanted access

Example: A Counter Height Double Column Cabinet = 48 slots. That could hold 10 single drawers + 5 double drawers + 23 paper trays.

Pairs with Storage Cabinets

Turn the corner with the Corner Cabinet.

When your storage cabinets meet in a corner, the Corner Cabinet connects them seamlessly — giving you a continuous counter or bar-height worksurface and extra storage exactly where you need it most. No wasted space, no awkward gaps.

Step 3

Plan your worksurfaces.

Where do you actually create? We offer crafters two kinds of worksurfaces — a dedicated desk for focused work and a central island you can move as needed. Here's how to choose, and how they work together.

Dedicated Work Zone

The Craft Desk.

Your dedicated creative zone — built to your exact dimensions. Whether you want a straight desk against a wall or an L-shape that tucks into a corner, the craft desk gives you a dedicated workspace with storage right where you need it.

Start with your height

Desk Height

The classic seated workspace. Ideal for detail work, paper crafts, and anything that benefits from being at traditional desk level.

Counter Height

A step up from desk height — great for standing breaks or taller seated crafters. Pairs beautifully with our counter-height cabinets.

Bar Height

The tallest option, perfect for standing work or a stool. Recommended for crafters 5'8"+ and those who love to move around their space as they work.

Then choose your shape

  1. Straight Craft Desk
→ Available from 4 feet to 10 feet wide
→ Perfect along a wall or under a window
  2. L-Shape / Corner Craft Desk
    → Available in 4x6 or 5x7 configurations
→ Tucks into a corner and maximizes square footage

Things to consider

  • Pair your desk with drawer inserts to keep tools and supplies organized beneath your worksurface.
  • Desks pair beautifully with Storage Cabinets at either end, creating a built-in workstation look.

BCO Craft Island
The Project Hub

The Craft Island.

The centerpiece of your craft room. Choose counter or bar height, add drawers for tools, and optional shelves for projects in progress. The island is where big projects come together — with storage underneath and workspace on top.

You have 2 options

  1. Customize Your Own
→ Choose your island height (Bar or Counter)
→ Add Drawers, Paper Shelves, or Adjustable Shelves
  2. Go with a Pre-Configured Bundle
    → Counter Height Craft Island
    → Bar Height Craft Island

Things to consider

  • You don't have to order all your drawers at once. Start with a few to see which drawer height works best for your supplies.
  • Consider Bar Height vs. Counter Height — we recommend Bar Height for crafters 5'8" or taller.
  • BCO drawers come in white, but they're easy to spray paint if you want to add a splash of color.
