Corner / L-Shape Craft Desk

Measure both walls of the corner from the inside corner outward. The 4×6 needs at least 4 ft of clear wall on one side and 6 ft on the other. The 5×7 needs 5 ft and 7 ft respectively. Right-facing means the long arm of the L extends to the right of the corner. Left-facing means it extends to the left. Stand in your corner and look at it — whichever wall is longer is the wall the long arm will follow. Pick the orientation that matches. (The 5×7 offers this choice; the 4×6 lets you pick whether the cabinet base goes on the left or right inside the L.)

Pick the height that matches the seating you'll use most. Desk height pairs with a standard chair — best if you'll sit for long sessions. Counter height pairs with a counter stool — great if you alternate sitting and standing. Bar height pairs with a bar stool — ideal if you mostly stand. No — drawers taper slightly which makes them too tight for 12" paper. For paper storage, use our Paper Shelves instead — they're designed specifically for slanted 12×12 access.

Sturdy enough for die cutters, embossing machines, presses, sewing machines, and project mats. The 1/8" laminate top resists scratching, marring, and stains. The 3/4" thermofused melamine cabinet bases give the tabletop solid support across both arms — no flex, no sag.

Plan on about 2 hours with a screwdriver — and grab a friend to help with the larger tabletop sections. All hardware is included and holes are pre-drilled. The L-shape goes together in stages: build each cabinet base, then position them in the corner, then attach the worksurfaces.
