How does she organize ephemera and embellishments for junk journals?

In clear Acrylic Drawer Cups inside labeled cabinet drawers. Frames, florals, tags, postcards and die-cuts each get their own cup, and each drawer is labeled by category (for example, “Ephemera – Frames”). The cups lift out onto the desk while she works and drop back in when she is done.

Where do the stamps and dies live in a mixed media room?

In a Stamp & Die Storage Cabinet. Each stamp and die set is stored on a Magnet Card inside a Storage Pocket with a tab for labeling, and Crate Dividers split the drawer by theme or brand. The drawer works like a card catalog: find the tab, lift the set out, and drop it back in. Wood-mounted stamps are sorted by theme in shallow drawers with label holders on the front.

How is the patterned paper and vintage paper stored?

On slanted shelves in Storage Cabinets configured for paper, with 8.5x11 Paper Holders and Three-Tier Paper Holders on top for cardstock and works in progress. The slant tips every stack toward her so she can scan a whole collection without pulling a sheet.
