$0.00 - $9.99 = $3.75 Flat Rate
$10.00 - $74.99 = $7.50 Flat Rate
$75.00 and up = 10% Shipping Charges for the central US
$75.00 and up = 15% Shipping Charges for the east and west US
What if I am an international customer or outside the continous US?
If you are located outside of the 48 Domestic U.S., please contact our customer service team at contact@bestcraftorganizer.com to request a shipping quote. We’ll be happy to help determine available options and costs for your location.
When requesting a shipping quote, please include the following in your email:
- Your Shipping Address
- Your order details (items you are purchasing)
When will my order arrive?
Products will typically ship within 7 business days, although in certain circumstances it may take longer. You will receive an email with package tracking details for your convenience. Delivery times may vary based upon the delivery address.
Return Policy
Our goal is to make sure you get exactly what you’re looking for! In the event that you’re dissatisfied within 60 days of your purchase, we will work with you to exchange or return the item. Please note, unless the item was damaged or an error, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
My item is damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please let us know immediately and we’ll make sure a replacement is on it’s way ASAP.
I changed my mind about my item.
If you change your mind regarding your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 60 days of purchase as long as it is still in its “as-received” condition. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. When the item arrives we will confirm it is in good condition and give you a refund, less shipping costs and the restocking fee.
