If something's not quite right.

We want you to love what you receive. If you're dissatisfied within 60 days of your purchase, we'll work with you to exchange or return your item.

My item arrived damaged.

Let us know right away — we'll get a replacement on its way ASAP. No restocking fees, no hassles. Email us with photos of the damage and your order number.

I changed my mind.

No problem. You can return it within 60 days as long as it's still in "as-received" condition. Once we confirm it arrives in good shape, we'll issue a refund minus shipping and the restocking fee.
